We recommend booking during your second trimester (around 20-28 weeks) to secure your preferred date. Newborn sessions are ideally held within 5-14 days after birth when babies are sleepiest and most flexible for posing. Once your baby arrives, simply contact us to confirm the exact date.

To secure your session date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. We accept bank transfers and all major credit cards.

Life happens, and we understand! Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session within 6 months.

Newborn sessions take 2-3 hours to allow for feeding, soothing, and outfit changes. Maternity and family sessions are typically 1-1.5 hours. Milestone sessions run 45 minutes to 1 hour. We never rush - your session takes as long as it needs to.

We will send you a detailed style guide after booking! Generally, we recommend soft, neutral colors that coordinate (not match exactly). Avoid busy patterns, large logos, and neon colors. For newborn sessions, we provide wraps and accessories.

Absolutely! Parent and sibling photos are included in all newborn sessions. We typically photograph the baby alone first while they are sleepiest, then bring in family members for additional poses.

Babies will be babies, and that is completely okay! We have lots of experience soothing and settling little ones. We build plenty of time into each session for feeding, diaper changes, and cuddles. Some of our most beautiful images come from awake babies too.

Safety is our top priority. Our photographer is trained in newborn safety and posing. We never force babies into positions - all poses look natural because they are. A parent or assistant is always within arm’s reach. Our studio maintains comfortable temperatures and uses sanitized props and fabrics.
